Chiropedic Mattress factory Direct offers a Melbourne metro home delivery service direct from our factory in Braybrook, Victoria, from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 6pm. For in store sales our staff will inform you at the point of sale of the available delivery dates. For Online sales during checkout you will be shown the available dates that the delivery can be done for you to choose.
Tuesday-Saturday Deliveries: You will receive a courtesy SMS message by 12pm the day before your delivery is scheduled. You will have until 4pm to re-schedule if required. The SMS will provide you with an estimated 2 hour delivery window for the following day.
- Monday Deliveries: You will receive an SMS on Monday morning between 8-8:30AM advising you of your 2 hour delivery window. You will have until 10am to re-schedule if required
- **PLEASE NOTE** If you are not at home at the time of delivery, and have not contacted us on (03) 9318 1211 in the required timeframe, a $50 re-delivery fee will be charged.
- It is important that someone is at home to receive delivery of your purchase on the designated day.
- No specific time of delivery can be provided.
- All orders must be fully paid 48hrs before your scheduled delivery date.
- No Cash, Cheques or Credit Card payments are accepted at the time of delivery.
- If a balance is owing you will receive a call from our payments center 2 days before your scheduled deivery date to take a credit card payment over the phone.
- If payment is not received 48hrs before deivery then the goods will not be dispatched.
- All standard Free Express Deliveries are a one man express service and are to the front door only and the drivers do not carry up stairs or up lifts nor do they take the item/s inside.
- 2 Man Deliveries include 2 men delivering and will take the products inside the house and upstairs/lifts if required. This Service is only Available on Wednesday's and Saturdays.
- Premium Delivery is the same as the 2 MAN service but we will also set up the products and take away the packaging. (Removal of old mattress NOT included). This Service is only Available on Wednesday's and Saturdays.
Customers must ensure removal of old bed prior to the driver's arrival.
- It is important that sufficient access is available to deliver the mattress/base you have purchased. In cases where the mattress/base needs to be taken inside, be assembled or carried upstairs or up lifts additional charges will apply and this must be organised prior to the delivery being sent out.
- To avoid re-delivery fees please advise our factory in advance of any delivery or access problems.
- When receiving goods, please inspect thoroughly before signing "Received in good order" as any claims for scratches, marks, dents, rips or other damages will not be accepted once signed.
- If you have received the goods and you have changed your mind and would like a different size mattress/base, there will be a $99 redelivery fee on all orders.
- Failure to collect or take delivery of goods beyond 21 days from the date of order without any prior arrangements will result in the Sales Order being cancelled and all monies paid being forfeited.

FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY
Chiropedic Mattress Factory Direct offers FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY for all online pillow sales. We provide this service through Australia Post. During checkout you will be shown a calander with dates for you to choose. The date chosen will be the date that we dispatch the goods to Australia Post.
Australia Post delivery times from date of dispatch are:
- 2 Business days for VIC, NSW, ACT, SA & QLD orders.
- 3 Business days for WA & NT orders.
The delivery times above are based on metro postcodes in each state. If you live in a rural country area delivery can be an extra 2 to 3 days depending on the area.
